Our mission

Enterprises need to govern AI at the point of action.

CortexHub was founded in 2026 because AI agents were already acting inside companies: calling tools, touching data, taking actions, mostly ungoverned. Governance registries watch from above and give teams nothing to work with. Observability tells you what happened after the fact. Neither stops a risky action before it runs.

We built the governance, control, and security layer for AI agents: one policy enforced at runtime, at the point of action, across every agent, with one audit trail mapped to the frameworks auditors ask about. Governed Co-workers run on the same policy.

Adopting AI should never mean giving up control. That is what we are building.

Akhil Jain

Founder & CEO

Akhil has over 22 years of experience as a CTO building enterprise platforms at scale. As CTO at Wayleadr (world's first arrival platform, acquired in December 2025) and Chief Architect at Boxever (acquired by Sitecore), he built systems used by companies like Google, Uber, OpenAI, Sanofi, eBay, Dolby, L'Oréal, and Riot Games. Earlier, he served as Enterprise Architect at Dun & Bradstreet for several years, leading their Data-as-a-Service program.

After watching enterprises struggle to move AI agents from prototype to production, blocked by the lack of runtime governance and the limitations of observability-only approaches, he founded CortexHub to bring real-time policy enforcement to the agent ecosystem.

He is also the author of Born into the Algorithm: How to Find Your Edge, Purpose, and Place When Everything Keeps Changing.

Kunal Agrawal

Founding CRO

Kunal has more than 18 years of experience turning emerging technology into measurable enterprise value. His career includes data science initiatives that contributed to over $500M in savings at Tesco, multi-million dollar analytics programs for Microsoft, and customer success leadership at Diligent, where he supported 2,500 enterprise and public-sector organizations on Governance, Risk, Compliance, and AI.

He is also a public speaker on AI, audit, risk, compliance, analytics, and customer success at professional communities like IIA, ACFE, and ISACA.

As Founding CRO at CortexHub, Kunal leads business growth and partnerships. He is focused on helping organizations build a trusted AI infrastructure with stronger governance, clearer authority, and continued human accountability.
